We aim for immediate turnround of orders. Your order will be sent out to you on the day of order. International orders will be sent out also on the same day of order but depending on shipping method, delivery could be between 2 and 5 working days. You will be advised of any delay.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase please contact us and we will gladly exchange the product or issue a refund (less shipping costs).

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA#). The RMA# must be visible on the outside of the box or the package will not be accepted. To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that no more than the first session of any course or product be opened, installed or viewed.

All disks, videos, registration cards, boxes, and packaging materials must be included and in like-new condition. Your return must be received by us within 30 days of the October Systems invoice date. We reserves the right to refuse damaged or incomplete returns, or returns where more than the first session of any course or product has been opened or viewed.

TrainSignal
Unfortunately we are unable to refund TrainSignal courses, please make sure you order correctly

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods, provided the course is unopened, not installed and in like new condition. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
