About your trainer

Brit Paul Wigzel is a Senior Consultant and Service Management Product Leader with a UK Training provider. He has been involved in the provision of IT services for 12 years, progressing rapidly through the management chain. He has primarily worked within the British public sector in education and police forces. Paul has been a service management consultant full-time for several years in all levels and versions of ITIL. Since joining his current employer, Paul has focused upon the delivery of Service Management especially with senior and department managers where his experience has been evident. He is currently involved in the construction and delivery of IT Service Management courses to a wide variety of clients, including public and private clients in the banking, utilities and IT providers to government, defense and police forces.
